wondering if anyone can do anything about people calling from this number,my number is unpublished and wonder how someone from out of state has gotten my number please check into it

These people have called daily for the past 2 months! They always ask for "Marcy". I've had the same number for the past 15 years and there is NO "Marcy" living here. The first few times they called I told them they had the wrong number and assumed they would stop calling. Wrong! When they call (one of two people), I ask who is calling and they refuse to give me any information and insist that "it's a yes or no question, Is Marcy There or not?" These people are beyond rude. I've even pretended that I am in fact "Marcy" - They don't believe me and hang up! They make me want to smash my phone to pieces!

Got a call from this place and hit 1 to talk to a person and said for the 100th time stop calling me. The guy got mad and starting yelling at me saying do you even know why we're calling? I said no. He said you have 3 credit cards that you pay on time and pay more then the minimum amount right? I said yes. He said we'll lower the interest rate to 9.99%. So he said I need you start with the credit card that begins with a 4 read me the middle numbers. I said no I'm not giving you my numbers. In a stern voice he said look we can't do nothing without the 3 digit number on the back and we're not asking for your mother's maiden name. I said no there's too much credit card fraud going around. After telling him no three times. He said you know something you're a dumb guy. I said I'd rather be a dumb guy and keep my good credit card record. He hung up. Call my three credit card companies and go new cards with new numbers.

Rang several times, hung up before I could answer.

I get calls 4-5 times a day and I am really fed up with the no messages and no information. I tried calling the number and it only said that the number was disconnected and no longer in service.{Then how am I getting so many calls EVERY DAY~even 0800 Sunday morning ~ from this number?}. I have NO idea who this is and I am not going to validate what he is doing by answering his annoying calls.

Caller with a heavy Indian accent called my work phone stating he was "Derrick Smith". He said that the second I receive this call, either my attorney or I need to call him immediately. He also tried using scare tactics, saying that I should not disregard the message and if I did, "good luck". He ended the call by saying "God Bless You".

Called house twice today - 1st time - hung up - 2nd time - asked to speak with spouse and then when asked who is calling - hung up on me! Very pissed! Unsubscribe immediately!!!!

I have asked them nicely, yelled at them, cussed at them, threatened to sue them, they keep calling. I put my number on THEIR do not call list and I am registered with the NATIONAL do not call list. They are waisting my time at home and work, it's stress I really don't need. someone needs to shut them down.
